Online Registration
Our practice is now accepting online registration and this is open to all residents within the borough. To register with a GP practice visit the NHS website by clicking the button below.
On the website you will be asked to enter your postcode and based on the area you live you will get a list of GP practices available to choose from. Please select a GP practice, where you will be asked to fill a form and submit your personal information so that we can register you. Your registration will be processed within two working days and you will be contacted by the GP practice about the next steps of registration. We will contact patients if your address is not within our catchment area.
