Patients can have their say by joining the Patient Participation Group, or by contacting a member of the group (ask the practice manager for the chairman’s name and contact details) to discuss any issues you may what discussed at the next meeting.
Our Patient Participation Group also help us with ideas and improvements, whether it be the condition of the property or communication within the practice (if you are interested in knowing more about the group please contact Tahira Mughal or Aysen Ismail, Practice Managers on 0208 550 3740).
